Ever heard of Beer Can Chicken? If not, me either until I found this little gem all brand new for 20p at my local jumble sale. Extremely intrigued, I had to pick it up and get planning. There are umpteen rub recipes out there, but the medium Peri Peri rub I already had in was the only one my fiance agreed to. I didn’t eat the skin, but apparently it was delicious and what I caught of it, I thought so too. However, when it comes to the beer, you’ll have to watch for more!
