- If you watch my YouTube videos, you’ll notice the spices and seasonings on my shelves are accumulating… constantly. I like to have them at hand for a spur of the moment recipe, but love trying new things too.
Asda’s Roast Potato Seasoning caught my eye last week next to the dried herbs and curiosity made me throw it in my basket. At 78p it was a good find and research tells me it’s 2.5 syns per tbsp. I personally used only one out of the two recommended tablespoons per 900g of potatoes and wouldn’t want to use any more so the little tub would last me longer.
It gave a lovely subtle seasoning with a good crisp. I do love strictly synfree airfryed tatties and OXO roast potatoes, but sometimes I want a change, which in my opinion would give a great treat on your Christmas dinner.
Let me know if you’ve tried it and what you thought!
