If you follow my instagram or you’re a member of my I LOVE SW Soup facebook group, then you probably already know my exciting news. I’ve been secretly working on some new soup maker recipes behind the scenes which is why I’ve been posting more evening meal-type recipes.
Last Friday I uploaded my latest Split Pea & Ham recipe for my YouTube channel (below) which was possibly my most well received soup maker recipe, so thank you for all the lovely comments and photos, they really make my day!
Since then, I’ve had even more requests for new recipes or to find my existing ones and thought it would be best to channel them all through a Kindle book so you can find them all in one place with a few new ones to tickle the taste buds. I’m still sticking to my low fat or fat free concept and it’s as important as ever to focus on every day ingredients that are easily accessible. Healthy eating shouldn’t be a chore and there’s nothing worse to feel too alienated when looking for ideas to feed the family.
There’s still a few months of experimenting yet so I can cherry pick the very best flavours but if you can’t wait, you can still find some if you search through my blog. I really don’t want to rush things for the sake of deadlines; I want to get things right and offer variety, good photos and make it easy to follow; all the kinds of things you should expect from a good cookbook.
If there’s anything you’d like to see in the book or have any ideas such as the cover, a catchy name and things like that you think represent me well, then please let me know in the comment section below!
Here’s to a great 2016 and I will keep you posted when I have more news!
