It is official – I am kickstarting March with a 7 Day Slimming World Soup Challenge on my YouTube Channel.
It’s just a mere 7 days of your lunches and it’s free to take part – all you need to do is Subscribe to my channel, Tasteflly Vikkie.
The plan is to swap one of your daily meals for a healthy Slimming World-style soup and eat it until you’re full. I will be having soup for lunch in place of my daily syn free pasta meal. I won’t be eating soup all day everyday.
And now that Christmas and two birthday weeks are now coming to an end, I am sitting here at my desk stuffed with all that is synful in need of a change – a clean slate and back into my usual exercise routine.
Not only do I hope it will help boost your weight loss, I am hoping it will help you up your daily intake of water and superfree foods to detox and hydrate/clear your skin.
As always, I will be using my favourite kitchen buddy, the original Morphy Richards Soup Maker which you may want to think about purchasing in advance – however, there is now an upgraded version for £10 extra which is the Saute & Soup maker (below) – or if you have a blender, then that will suffice.
So from now until March, I will be looking for the most favoured soups, but adapting them into SW-friendly ones. I already have a list brewing – however, I am open to suggestions of what soup recipes you would like to see and you never know, it may make its way into the top 7!
