Now the days have started to get cooler and darker, I’ve needed meals that warm me up from the inside out. And it’s so important that I keep fuller for longer while I get DIY jobs done in the home (which is featured on my The Carpenter’s Daughter blog).
I’ve been reaching for the porridge, spicing it up with some new Abakus jujube fruits and my latest favourite Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup. Also, to warm me up, I’m back with a good ol’ bowl of faithful pre-made soup cooked in my Soup Maker and a lean healthy evening meal for rushed lifestyles.
