Recently, I woke up one Saturday morning and said, “I’m going for a run.” It was totally out of the blue since I haven’t run for about a year since my hip sports injury. I still don’t know what caused it, but I do know, redoing the 30 Day Shred helped this time last year.
And let me tell you, my dog LOVED me! So much so, in fact, that the following morning, he fetched me my dirty trainer (while I was sat on the toilet!) I know I’m biased, but he’s such a cutie.
So, to keep things going, I thought I’d document the following week where I stick to a 3 day running schedule, teamed with yoga on my rest days in between. However, I probably won’t be exercising at the weekends if I can help it.
