  • 3 dates stoned and chopped
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (halve if you don’t want it super sweet)

Instructions

  • Simply throw everything in to your blender & serve in two glasses.
