Slimming World Syn Free Golden Milk

A soothing turmeric chai golden milk to aid digestion.

Servings: 1 person
  • 1 tea bag Yogi tea Turmeric Chai
  • Dash milk of your choice (Using part of your healthy Extra A)
  • Pinch saffron (optional)
  • Drop or two Almond Extract (optional) - syns, negligible
  1. Steep the teabag in a cup of boiling water for 7-9 minutes.  Leave it longer if you prefer it stronger.

  2. Add a dash of milk, (although you may prefer to froth it first).

  3. Remove the teabag and add a pinch of saffron.  Note, it's also lovely with a very small drop of two of almond extract.
