Preheat your oven on 190 degrees and spray a large roasting dish with frylight.
Transfer the chicken to one tray and spray with frylight, seasoning and cover with tin foil.
Then place everything else except the quark and cheese in another dish and cover with tin foil.
Place both trays in the middle of the oven at the same time for 40 minutes.
Now remove the chicken and set aside.
Then remove the tin foil from the tomato dish and stir in the gnocchi dumplings.
Return the gnocchi dish to the oven without the foil for a further 40 minutes and finally stir in the quark.
Serve in to bowls, sprinkle each one with the grated fat cheese and if you wish, a drizzle of balsamic vinegarette.
