A deliciously sweet and warming apple and mincemeat Christmas crumble that's SO easy to make. Each mouthful oozes with festive spices, citrus and brandied mixed fruit from homemade mincemeat. It can also be made using a jar of mincemeat and a dash of Amaretto liqueur.

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees fan / 200 c conventional / 400F / Gas mark 6
Butter a large baking dish - I used 23cm squared, but you could aproximately use 20 x 30cm
Apple all of the apple fruit mixture and mix, then evenly spread.
In a kitchen aid, mix all of the Christmas crumble topping until you have fine crumbs.Mixing bowl method: If you don't have a Kitchen Aid, just rub all of the ingredients with you finger tips until you have fine crumbs.
Spread even;y on top of the apple and mincemeat mixture, then bake in the oven for 40 minutes until slightly golden and serve with custard or ice cream!
