These easy Nutella brownies use 3 ingredients as a base, but with a fruit and nut chocolate twist. They're around 109 calories each and made in 30 minutes.
First, preheat the oven to 170c fan, 190c conventional, gas mark 5 or 375 F, and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
Then mix the Nutella spread and eggs in a mixing bowl or food mixer until smooth.
Next, slowly whisk or stir in the dry ingredients (the flour), a little bit at a time by hand to prevent lumps.Repeat until you have used up all of the flour mixture.
Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
Pour into the prepared pan and level with a spatula and sprinkle the top of the brownie batter with almond slices.
Then bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes until transferring to a wire rack and slicing into 16 squares.

Notes
No baking paper? No problem! For best results, grease well your 8" square metal pan, then add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and shake around until covered before pouring in your brownie mixture
For a smooth batter, sieve and stir a little flour at a time to prevent lumps.
If you prefer gooey brownies, add some sweet chocolate chips to the batter
