1cupPorridge oats (120g)(3 x Quaker Oats So Simple sachets)
½cupSpreadable butter (125g)
¼cupPecansbroken after measuring
Instructions
Topping
First, preheat your oven at 190 degrees celcius fan / 210 conventional / gas mark 5 / 375F and get a large, deep baking dish ready that's roughly the same size as a sheet of A4 paper/US letter - or a round pie dish is fine!
Add all of the dry crumble topping mixture in a large mixing bowl (except the pecans).
Pour in the melted butter and gently mix with a fork until you get a mix of pebble sizes from large to small and set aside. See Note 1
Fruit Base
Add all of the fruit filling ingredients straight into your baking dish and mix until everything looks evenly coated.
Now sprinkle over the crumble mixture you set aside, and spread evenly, then top with the pecans.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
Enjoy hot with custard, cream or ice cream if you wish!

Try to avoid really fine crumbs throughout. The larger pebbles will add an extra exciting crunch in the mouth!
