Healthy Potato Kugel Recipe
This slimmer’s version of potato kugel is so delicious and a much more interesting way to serve potatoes as a side dish. It’s very easy as long as you have a food processor to grate the potatoes.

Instructions
Preheat your oven at 190 degrees
Spray a large baking dish with frylight and place in the oven to warm up.
Meanwhile, using a food processor, grate the potatoes and onions and place in a large mixing bowl.
Then in a separate bowl or jug, mix together the remaining ingredients and stir in to the potatoes and onions, followed by the cheese.
Remove the warm dish from the oven and pour in the potato mixture and level with the back of a spoon.
Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes and until golden.
