Pop a few chunks in your airfryer at 200 degrees and spray with frylight or any other low calorie cooking oil spray.
Set the timer for 15 minutes, shaking half way through. You may need a spoon to release them from the bottom.
Then once they’re cooking, use wooden skewers or cocktail stick to pick up each one, (it will slide a bit but don’t worry), and dip in melted chocolate.
If desired, roll in nuts or sprinkles. Then lay them on a lined dish with baking paper (stick facing upwards) and placed in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours or freezer for 30 minutes until set. The hardened chocolate will keep the sticks in place.
