Coca Cola Marinade (Or BBQ Sauce)
A delicious
coca cola marinade
recipe ideal for pulled pork or gammon, or eaten as a
cola BBQ sauce
. It is made using
diet coke gammon stock
, but I'll also show you how to make coke marinade straight from a can.

diet coke
or classic coke if preferred

Or use 2 teaspoon Englsh mustard

*cracked in a pepper grinder

*Only if you're not using
diet coke gammon stock
which has enough salt in it

Instructions
In a large non stick frying pan, add all of the ingredient
*except the soy sauce if you're using diet coke gammon stock
.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring here and there until it's either reduced by half, or you have your desired consistency.
Use immediately as a marinade or stir into a 1kg pulled gammon joint or pork, cover and warm up in the oven before serving.
