This creamy pork paprika recipe is a healthy stew with comforting smoked paprika spices. With succulent diced pork, red peppers, and mushrooms in one pan, it's easy to make for the whole family in just over 30 minutes. Then serve with your choice of rice, tagliatelle pasta, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
First, add the oil to a large frying pan or saucepan.Then add the onions garlic and seasoning and saute until softened.
Now add the pork and fry until browned. This should take 3-4 minutes.
Then add the smoked paprika and vegetables and continue frying until softened.
Add the remaining ingredients except the yogurt and bring to a boil.Lower to medium heat and cover and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir in the yogurt and serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
