A healthy gammon soup recipe, slow-cooked in a tasty broth of cabbage, tomatoes, vegetables and spices, inspired by Two Greedy Italians.

Instructions
Trim all the fat off the gammon.
Chuck everything in to your slow cooker and set to low overnight or high for 4 hours.
Once cooked, tear up the gammon in to small bite size chunks and add back to the pot and serve.
