Instructions
First, cook your linguine as instruced on the packet.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, saute the ginger, chilli and onion in cooking oil spray.
Then add the salt and pepper, carrots and courgettes and gently fry for another 5 minutes.
Now add the cooked prawns and cook for another 3 minutes.
Transfer the linguine and lemon juice, stir and serve with fresh herbs where possible.
