Say hello to this low-syn chocolate and apple unofficial Slimming World frozen yoghurt bark! Uses low fat yoghurt, hot chocolate and apple chunk for a healthy alternative to ice cream!

I am LOVING this new recipe I created as an unofficial Slimming World dessert!
Think Summertime with ice creams and lollypops for a refreshing cool-me-down treat, but without the guilt! And it's so versatile, I can't wait to try with different fruits and flavours.
And what's even better is it's low fat and sugar for the family, estimated at being 3 syns for the whole lot.
- 500g fat-free natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon sweetener *(1 syn)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 11g Chocolate Options powder or Highlights *(2 syns)
- 2 apples, cored & chopped into matchsticks - not grated
- Before you line a 20cm x 30cm tray or similar with baking paper, make sure it fits in the freezer first or you could line two 20cm squared brownie tins.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the lined tin and tilt back and forth until level; (I dropped my tray from a 10-20cm height onto my kitchen counter to give a more even finish).
- Pop in the freezer overnight or a minimum of 3 hours
- Cut into irregular triangle pieces or bite-size sweetie pieces if preferred.
- Store them in a freezable container and serve when you are ready to eat and don't forget to tag me on Instagram (#TastefullyVikkie) with a pic of yours!

If you add a tiny bit of xanthan gum it stops any ice crystals forming..
