I cannot take full credit for this recipe as it belongs the BBC Good Food magazine.
However, I have adapted it with a few adjustments for an estimated Syn-Free Slimming World version. This recipe is very quick & easy!
It also fits in a soup maker too like all of my other recipes, but you really only need a regular deep pan for this one!

This is a quick flavoursome chunky but also refreshing soup which can be easily turned into a vegan recipe. All you need to do is swap over the vegetarian stock for the vegan Bouillon of your choice.
