If you're stuck for ideas when it comes to unofficial Slimming World chicken recipes, then look no further! We've handpicked some of our most popular numbers for you to sink your teeth into.

When it comes to eating chicken on Slimming World, you'll find it's one of the easiest meats to cook with. It's high in protein and often needs no skinning when it comes to food prep.
Sometimes I'll find use chicken thighs when found cheaply. But it can be time-consuming skinning and ensuring no fat is left on. That's the beauty of chicken breasts. No prep and no need to count them.
And I love how it's light and easier to digest than dark meat. It also absorbs a lot of flavours, such as lemon, seasoning, tomato and so on. So I've put together a list of some of our popular Slimming World chicken recipes if you're looking for new inspiration.
Chicken Jalfrezi

This Chicken Jalfrezi is the perfect one-pan wonder if you fancy a Slimming curry.
It serves 4, full of speed veggies and a great mild recipe for the family recipe. You may also want to consider making a batch of my Onion Bhajis as a side dish, which has been equally as popular!
Creamy Chicken Soup

Even if you're not feeling under the weather, we absolutely love this Creamy Chicken Soup. And the reason I think it's been so popular is that homemade soups totally beat the tinned kind.
And what's even better is it can be made in the pan, slow cooker and soup maker. I always make mine in the latter. The only problem is, once you start making your own, the store bought starts to taste dreadful.
I've used this soup maker for years and it's still going strong. So much so, I even created my own Soup Maker eBook on Amazon with 65 healthy soup recipes.

Healthy Chicken Bhuna

Another one to add to your list is this low fat chicken bhuna. It was actually one of the first recipes I shared on my blog many moons ago.
But I think it's solid proof that an Indian curry doesn't always need fats. It's incredibly flavoursome with fresh ginger and herbs and really easy to make.
All you need to do is blend the flavours. Then cook the diced chicken in the sauce over the hob. However, if you don't want to babysit a pot, then I also have a slow cooker version here.
Mediterranean Chicken Tray Bake

When it comes to social media, my Mediterranean Chicken Tray Bake has often stolen the show. What I love about this recipe is it's great for throwing everything in and leaving in the oven.
It's juicy from the lemon and vegetable juices and great with rice or homemade chips. There's really not a lot of work to do at all and it's so tasty with a balsamic dressing made naturally in the tray.
It doesn't matter what time of year it is. It suits any season because it's so yummy!
Slow Cooker Chicken & Leek Orzo Risotto

While I seem to forever be renovating over at The Carpenter's Daughter, I have heavily relied on my slow cooker over the years.
And I think it's safe to say many of us are in the same boat with work and family life. So this Slow Cooker Chicken & Orzo Risotto recipe has been a much loved favourite by my readers.
It just takes 5 minutes of prep and 3 hours cooking time, then stir in the uncooked orzo for a final 30 minutes. Then to give it a creamy texture, add a dollop or quark or some cheese triangles and serve!
Honey Mustard & Chicken Pasta

If you're looking for different Slimming World Chicken recipes, then this Low Syn Honey, Mustard Chicken Pasta is so good!
It's light a sweet with plenty of speed veggies and a touch of pearl barley to naturally thicken.
Slow Cooker Chicken Gumbo

After falling in love with an authentic gumbo when I last visited the States, I had to create my own adaptation.
It's a super easy recipe for the slow cooker and the only thing you need to count are the sausages you choose.
You'll also need some chicken and plenty of herbs and spices such as Cajun seasoning. You can find it in most main stores. And it's also in a secret healthy, but comforting!
Hunter's Chicken

Hunter's Chicken traditionally comes in a sweet BBQ sauce, topped with melted cheese. However, when it comes to healthy chicken recipes, I love it in this rich smoked paprika tomato sauce.
This recipes serves 4 people and can either be baked all in one dish, or individual portions. It's up to you. Yet the latter makes it easier to ensure each person is getting their correct cheese allowance.
Chicken Noodle Soup

If you love chicken and ginger, you're going to LOVE this Chicken Noodle Soup. Again, as you'll find with most of my soups, the majority are suitable in the pan, slow cooker and soup maker.
This is because not all recipes fit in the latter. So, I've taken time to adapt most to fit in all machines. But it's packed full of speed foods, so no need to worry about getting a 3rd on your plate.
It's all in here and it's perfect for any season.
Chicken & Tomato Gnocchi

We all know that dried pastas don't usually need counting. But what about store bought gnocchi? Well, as they're made up of egg, potato and flour, they're quite low.
And oh my God, do they taste like heavenly little dumplings?! So I whipped up this Chicken and Tomato Gnocchi. However, you might prefer using up your allowance instead by making your own oat flour Gnocchi instead.
But it's worth noting that cooking gnocchi out of the bag only takes about 3 minutes in boiling water. I just wait until they float, scoop them out and place directly in to a sauce. Or sometimes raw straight in to a stew.
KFC Style Fakeaway Chicken Nuggets

If you've never heard of KFC style chicken nuggets, then where have you been?! 🙂 And they're actually pretty simple.
All you need to do is blitz some wholemeal bread as part of your allowance. Then dunk bite size chicken chunks in to whisked eggs, followed by rolling in the breadcrumbs.
Then bake in the oven until golden. That's all there is to it! Of course, it's always more delicious adding herbs and spices to try aiming for a KFC taste. And you won't be breaking the calorie bank!
Buffalo Chicken Loaded Potato Skins

So we're here at last. The final of the low fat chicken recipes! I really fancied something different this day and made these yummy Buffalo Chicken Loaded Potato Skins.
They're low fat and really warming with lots of spices. But also great alongside some sweet chilli sauce. I always buy the Healthy Boy brand which is low in syns.
