🍳Organisation Tips
I think the biggest struggle is having time to fit a Slimming club breakfast into our schedule. I've done many things to get organised before work or morning exercises, so thought I'd share them if they helped you too.
- Weigh your cereals the night before and store in sealed porridge containers. I use these ones, or a mug style
- Mix or prepare any recipes the night where possible
- Have a full English cooking on low while you're getting ready or doing any morning exercise routines. I.e, pan frying eggs and bacon on low
- Try not to make a big thing out of it. It's better to get fuel rather than overcomplicate itif you're struggling for breakfast time ideas

🍞Using Allowances for a Slimming World Breakfast?
Disclaimer: This is an unofficial page and has no affiliation or endorsement from Slimming World. Slimming World's website can be found at https://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/
*Any syn values are personal estimates and not verified by Slimming World.
The other issue I often worry about is if I use my healthy extra A and healthy extra B choice allowances so soon in the day. So where possible, I like to try and save them for teas and coffees or sometimes a late-night craving.
It really depends on how you and your body works. For example, right now, I am loving the simplicity of 50g of All Bran with skimmed milk for my allowance. But I think the changes in the seasons also play a massive factor too.
And with that in mind, you'll find a good mix of unofficial Slimming World recipes for breakfast below. Some of which you may not have even seen before, including some unusual but incredible combinations.

🍌How to Stay Full For Longer
I'm the kind of girl who can't work on an empty stomach. So, for example, if you see me over at my DIY channel, The Carpenter's Daughter, I can't run on light breakfasts if I know I'll be away from the kitchen.
To truly keep me satisfied, I opt for recipes fuelled with plenty lean protein, such as bacon and eggs. Occasionally an additional omelette. Deep down, I'm not a massive fan of cereals, but they're ok if I know I can whip something else up dead on 12.
Also, as of 2020, I've learnt that my body can be more hungry when focusing more on carbs. That's why I try to limit them where possible. Carbs can be a vicious cycle, raising blood sugar levels. So that's something to bear in mind!
Another thing worth recommending is that after I'd do a Gillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred exercise, each morning I would have a huge fry up. And I still kept losing weight. So don't assume you need to eat something tiny!

1. All Day Breakfast Traybake
My Slimming All Day Breakfast Tray Bake is full is flavour, and more importantly, fuel to help keep you going.
I often see people on Instagram add sausages, mushrooms, ditch the eggs and so on. Just tailor it to your tastes and still have a free breakfast.
It also serves a family of four in one large baking tray. It's possibly the best breakfast here for feeding a family with ease.

2. Crustless Bacon & Egg Pie
Another healthy breakfast that is full of protein is my Bacon & Egg pie. I can't tell you how amazing this recipe is!
Once you've grilled your bacon and placed at the bottom of a baking dish, the rest is a piece of cake. Simply create an egg mix with cheese and fat free yoghurt, pour on top with a good sprinkling of grated low fat cheese.
It's so versatile for any time of day. You could also add onions and mushrooms to the bottom layer.

3. Low Fat Bircher Muesli
If you're looking for something a little bit more refreshing than Slimming Overnight Oats, then I'd definitely try this bircher muesli instead, which only takes a couple of minutes the night before.

Another great addition would be to drizzle some no added sugar fruit syrup on top.

4. Slimming Kedgeree
Out of all the delicious breakfast recipes that keep me full for longer, this lean kedgeree is pretty damn high.

You could also count a drizzle of choc shot for extra flavour, or even make them into ginger biscuits!

6. Baked Oats With Carrot & Parsnip Oats
If you have a sweet tooth while trying to eat a healthy meal, these carrot cake baked oats with parsnip are so deliciously warming.

7. Chorizo & Butternut Hash
When it comes to choosing a favourite Slimming breakfast, my Chorizo and Butternut Hash is number 1!

This would also work great with diced sweet potato, too.

8. Classic Omelette
Although a simple classic for a healthy diet, I found that not everyone knows how to make a low fat omelette.
However, on a slimming club, if your pan's non-stick isn't looking its best, you will probably need a new one.
Once you've sorted that out, it's incredibly simple and as easy as 1, 2, 3! There's also a video guide in the recipe to help you.

9. Spiced Carrot & Parsnip Porridge
Don't be fooled by the sound of carrot and parsnip, because this porridge is so soothing and warming.

13. Corned Beef Hash Bake
Providing you use frylight and low fat corned beef, this is such a tasty breakfast!
I've cooked it in oven and microwave for quickness. Both are equally delicious, but I do prefer the crispyiness when baked.
Using butternut squash instead of potatoes with tomatoes and onions, this is also a Keto corned beef worth trying!

14. Slow Cooker Porridge
This certainly isn't a quick breakfast. However, the reason I developed slow cooker oatmeal was because I often think of good intentions.
But, when I wake up the next morning, it's all out of the window. By making slow cooked overnight oats recipe, I'm more likely to eat it.

21. Croque Monsieur {Cheese & Ham Sandwich}
A Slimming World easy breakfast is these cheese and ham Croque Monsieurs made with wholemeal bread, inspired by our many holidays to France.
It's important that you use slices from a smaller 400 g pack, otherwise, your syn values may be different.

22. Syn Free Ham, Egg & Cheese Muffin Cups
Inspired by Rachel Khoo, wholemeal slices of bread are made larger with a rolling pin, then placed in a muffin tin and filled with egg, ham and cheese.
It's a fun recipe that uses both of your healthy extra choices. And where you don't have ham, you could swap for rashers of bacon instead!

33. Cereal Bars from your Slimming World diet Meetings
If you don't have time to do any prep first thing, then I recommend picking up some low calorie Hi-Fi bars from your local SW meeting, but they're also exclusively for sale in Iceland.

34. Overnight Oats for 1
This is an oldie for a goodie. Mix together 40g of oats with fresh fruit, 100g of fat free yogurt and sweetener in a container and leave overnight.
